In all honesty, she kind of reminds me of a character from an older manga back from years past - Moemi from Video Girl Ai. At least, I can say that about this picture. Used to be one of my favorite manga back in High School. Still, I've been following the comics since their inception, and Cestree is still my favorite of the things you've drawn.
Interesting that you opted to use transparencies for the image.
I'm noticing that you're starting to move away from using the sketchy style and trying to do sharper lines these days. Just keep in mind to use longer, fast strokes - While your hair is turning out very well, your other lines are looking pretty shaky. Don't forget that computers have the handy CTRL+Z feature if you mess up when you use faster strokes.
